Randy Palubiak
President, Enliten Managment Group

Randy is the President of Enliten Management Group, Inc, a company specializing in providing companies and organizations with the business, operational and technical guidance for the delivery of their video and media communications.  Randy has more than 30 years in video communications, including: broadcast television, video production and satellite and terrestrial-based networking services. 

Prior to founding Enliten in 1999, Randy was responsible for the business development and sales of Business Television (BTV) and Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) networks for AT&T Tridom and Convergent Media Systems.  Randy has provided ad-hoc videoconferencing and dedicated network services to more than 60 companies and organizations.

Randy worked for local television stations affiliated with ABC, CBS and NBC, as well as KPLR-TV in St. Louis, where he started and managed its video production and satellite services division: Koplar Communications.

Randy earned his masters degree in Communications and bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri.
