Vendors and Solutions Providers are encouraged to nominate their end-user customers as speakers. Speaker Nominations should be emailed to liz@jdevents and include the following information: - List general topics which the speaker may address so the conference team can determine if the speaker fits one of our predetermined panels -Include the speaker's name, title, company, brief biography and a brief summary of the speakers organization Show management reserves the right to work with speakers to identify a suitable panel in which to participate, to adjust or change their proposed presentation or content to meet the needs of our audience and fit proposed presentations into conference tracks. Review Process All speaker submissions will be reviewed and selected speakers will be notified of their acceptance. Most speakers will be confirmed by April 20th, but some may take longer. Unfortunately, due to the number of speaker nominations it may not be possible to respond to very proposal concerning whether or not their speaker has been accepted.
